Today my friend Nicoletta shared this easy sauce that one could prepare and add to any kind of pasta of their liking.
She also provided me with pictures so that steps are easy to follow 🙂
So here we go!
Heat some olive oil a pan. Then add chopped garlic and leave for three minutes. Add chopped mushrooms.
In a small, non stick pan, toast some pine nuts.
When mushrooms soften a bit, add some cooking brandy and flambé. (the fire effect is not available in this picture 😛 )
Add fresh parsley and the pine nuts to the mushrooms.
Add a little bit of cream.
Add pasta prepared ‘al dente’ to the mushrooms mixture.
Now it is time to serve your dish. Sprinkle over some Parmeggiano Reggiano or Grana Padano and enjoy!
