Breathtaking Views

Which restaurants that I have been too had the best views?

So if I was asked this question I would choose the following:

The first one is Giannini Restaurant inValletta. Giannini restaurant has a balcony overlooking the sea and Manoel Island.  At night, Manoel Island Fort, now that it has been restored, is all illuminated and you can also observe yachts and boats going in and out of the port.

The second restaurant is Country Terrace in Mgarr, Gozo. Country Terrace restaurant is sometimes also used as a wedding venue. The restaurant faces Mgarr and from its terraces one can also observe Gozo Channel ships entering the port. I was there on the night of St. Lawrence and managed to see four shooting stars! It was wonderful!

Third but not least is Sharma Ethnic Cuisines. This restaurant is located in Mdina and was once a warehouse (Casa Magazzini). During summer, one can dine on the rooftop and can have a bird’s eye view of Rabat, Mtarfa and also Mosta. I love it there especially at night.

And you, have you been in restaurants in Malta and Gozo that have breathtaking views?

I was told that De Mondion Restaurant in Mdina has a spectecular view but I have never been there!
