Dine on a Rock

Today was the end of a nine month intensive lesson planning and delivery. What I can say is that: I am EXHAUSTED!

This year was pretty tough and so these last two months I have joined a weekly yoga session to release tension (and increase body flexibility as I was spending too much time sitting). During these lessons, after doing the warm up then flexibility and breathing exercises, we always conclude our yoga session with a relaxation exercise.

Shavasana ( http://www.yogabasics.com/supine-yoga-poses/corpse.html ) During this activity we lay flat on the floor and imagine an idyllic place where we are one with nature. You have to imagine that you are lying on the sand, sea gulls are flying, the sea is crystal blue and you can see the glistening silver of fish swimming by.

But whilst I am lying on the beach, what do I see? A restaurant on a rock!!!!!!

Yes this restaurant truly exists! The Rock is located in Michanwi Beach in Zanzibar. The restaurant is located not far from the shore. Oh how much I wish I could go there!

Here you can find the menu of this innovative restaurant http://www.therockrestaurantzanzibar.com/menu/

Where could we build this in Malta? Maybe on Filfla even though it is too far from shore, or maybe on Gebla tal-General in Dwejra, Gozo !!! Any other suggestions?

P.S. A friend of mine suggested this place in Malta. It is called Xrobb l-Ghagin
